It has long been believed that crystals and minerals hold a special cosmic energy and vibration that can help us by releasing those energies and aligning our own vibrations in a more balanced way. This practice goes back to ancient civilizations such as Mayan, Ancient Egypt, and Native American practices. 

How do crystals work/what do they do?

There are many theories to how crystals work.  It is believed that crystals emit a low vibration electrical pulse that our own electrical field and chakras respond to.  With the correct crystals our energy system can be rebalanced, cleansed of negative vibrations, and energized.  They work well with our own Chakra centers which are linked to our Meridian system and helps to carry our "prana", "chi", or life force energy throughout our body.  When these energy "highways" in our body become blocked, the energy does not flow properly and can cause physical manifestations  or "dis-ease".  Here is a good example we have all probably felt.  When you lose a loved one or a relationship have you ever had the feeling that your chest or heart "hurts"?  It's not an actual physical ailment but the heart chakra becoming blocked and causing a kind of energetic "pile-up" that causes an emotional reaction, which can then lead to a physical sensation.  When left unbalanced and blocked though, other physical symptoms can manifest over time.

Crystals are also used to cleanse rooms and give off a more positive vibration which can create a sense of well being.  For example, it is believed the a Smoky Quartz can absorb negative vibrations when worn, carried, or placed in a room that feels "negative".  Another example is Rose Quartz which has been used to release loving energy that can help us to not only love ourselves and lift our spirits, but attract loving vibrations from others. There are many crystals and many combinations that can be used to help change the energy around ourselves, a situation, or place.

What is a Prescription Crystal pack?

The Prescription Crystal Packs that I put together are all custom made for each individuals needs. The pack can be for a specific area or concern in your life, or a custom blend to focus on intertwining issues that are affecting you (for example job issues that affect finances which then affect self esteem). One favourite is the Chakra pack that focuses on balancing the seven chakras. Before your pack is sent out I focus energy healing, using Reiki, into each crystal to tune it for it's specific purpose. instructions are sent to explain how to further "imprint" or tune the crystal to yourself specifically.
